Call Centre Team Leader
Qualification & Experience:
- Experience in handling contact centre team.
- Experience in retail sales.
- Experience in handling customers complaints,
- Experience in the financial Sector, and in Insurance is a plus.
- Strong communication skills in Arabic, and English is a must.
- Graduate in Business Management or similar.
If you have :
- Previous working experience as a Middleware Developer for a minimum (2-3) years.
- Bachelors in computer science or similar relevant field.
- In-depth knowledge of SOAP, Restful APIs.
- Experience with Databases (is desirable) viz., Oracle, SQL Server, MySQL.
- Good knowledge of the daily maintenance of enterprise-wide Linux, Apache Tomcat and JBoss architectures.
If you can do :
- Develop, Configure & Modify middleware services to meet business demands.
- Work with Developers and Architects in developing middleware configurations based on requirements.
- Coordinate with vendors and support team on problem resolution, design issues and upgrades.
- Perform troubleshooting, incident response, and patching in a timely manner.
- Using troubleshooting methods to differentiate between an infrastructure vs environment problem.
