Experience/Qualifications Needed:

Contact Center Sales Agent (Motor)

Qualifications:

  • Graduate in Business Management or similar.
  • Experience in Motor Insurance is a must. Other lines of insurance is a plus, such as Travel, WC, Medical Individual Insurance.
  • A sound overall understanding of law and procedures relevant to the motor insurance business.
  • Very good command of the English language, verbal and written.
  • Command in the Arabic language is a plus.

Experience:

  • 2+ years experience in an Insurance Company.
  • Experience in customer service.

Job Description:

  • Ensure proper follow-ups on motor policy renewals, keep track of follow-ups, maintain your customer database updated with the status of renewals and reasons of lost business, if any.
  • Attend incoming calls or emails with requests for new motor quotations.
  • For new motor insurance business, assess the risk, determine the coverage limits and premiums as per company policies and procedures, prepare quotations and policies explaining vehicle coverage and premiums as per instructions.
  • Follow up until business gets converted to a policy.
  • Handle other customer inquiries both telephonically and by email, manage and resolve customer complaints, if received, identify and escalate priority issues, follow-up customer calls where necessary.
  • Prepare data reports (daily production, client follow up report, and quotation tracker, etc.)
  • Ensure all customer and policy-related information including customer documents are uploaded dully to the system without failure.
  • Provide required support for B2C customers and follow-ups on leads received from B2C.
  • Provide other information requested on the medical individual, technical coverages such as workmen’s compensation and motor accidents.
  • Any other task as assigned by the Line Manager.

  • Experience in Medical individual sales is a must. Other lines of insurance is a plus such as Motor, Home, Travel, WC.

  • Command in the Arabic language is a plus.

Experience:

  • 2+ years experience in medical individual sales.

Job Description:

  • Attend incoming calls, chats or emails with the requests for new medical individual quotations.
  • Ensuring regulatory requirements are tackled, also coordinating with the underwriting medical team before sending out quotations.
  • Collecting customer’s medical information and explaining available products and related coverages.
  • Assess the risk, coordinate with TPA and Re-insurer to determine the premiums and additional loadings, for non-standard risks.
  • Prepare quotations and conducting necessary follow-ups until the business gets converted to a policy.
  • Prepare and maintain data reports (daily production, client follow up report, and quotation tracker, etc.)
  • Ensure all customer and policy-related information including customer documents are uploaded dully to the system without failure.
  • Generate new leads from available motor customers data and any other channel or method.
  • Cross-sell products with other lines of business such as Motor and Home.
  • Handle other customer inquiries both telephonically and by email, manage and resolve customer complaints, if received, identify and escalate priority issues, follow-up customer calls where necessary.
  • Any other task as assigned by the Line Manager.
