COVID 19 – Response and Preparedness

Dear Watania Staff & Business Partner,

As we witness a global spread of COVID-19, National Takaful Company (Watania) has taken preventive measures to meet any emerging challenges and ensure that its capable of providing full services to its customers without any disruption. Watania will be servicing its clientremotely effective from Tuesday 24th March 2020.

The following measures will be taken to ensure that the efficiency and effectiveness of our work would remain intact:

  • All calls to our landlines are diverted to our mobiles.
  • All client meetings will be cancelled and replaced by conference calls if needed.
  • All staff were granted laptops, system access and mobile phones. Therefore, all staff can be reached as usual.
  • Working hours will remain the same from Sun-Thu 8:00 till 4 pm.

Rest assured that we will keep our valuable Staff, Clients & Partners updated on any further action or decision.
