As a Client Relationship Manager, you will play a crucial role in helping our clients safeguard their future by providing them with tailored Takaful Life Insurance solutions and exceptional customer service.


Role
Engage with potential customers to understand Takaful Life Insurance needs and offer suitable coverage options.
Conduct thorough assessments of clients' existing policies and identify any gaps in coverage.
Educate clients on the benefits and features of our Takaful Life Insurance products.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their ongoing satisfaction and loyalty.
Collaborate with your supervisors to achieve sales targets and organizational goals.
Background & Skills
Previous experience in local UAE direct sales is required.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage and build relationships with clients.
Strong sales acumen with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
Self-motivated and results-oriented with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Professional demeanor, integrity, and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
Owning a car and driver’s license are a plus.

Analyst - Underwriting and Servicing

Job Description: As an Analyst, you will play a crucial role in helping our clients with all their service requests and resolving their queries relating to products and assist in client retention. Additionally, you will provide support to business through co-ordination, MIS reporting, system related tasks and archiving.

Process all requests within the TAT. Process surrenders and refund requests within the TAT and as per guidelines. Backup for internal department as per need. Co-ordination with internal stakeholders and close issues. Processing alterations.
MIS reporting to stakeholders and update daily trackers. Ensure the MIS is delivered to the management and Distributors as per business requirements. Co-ordinate system updates and UAT completion.
Coordination with clients. Resolving client inquiries within TAT of 1-2 working days. Receipt posting and communication with clients. Channel support and client retention.

World check screening for all policies for any refund request and new business and liaises with compliance team according to WC requirements. Screening / WC for all surrenders and cancellation cases.
Scanning full set of documents and service requests and archiving it according to date and channel. Updating the daily tracker as an easy reference for all cases.
