As part of the Unified Gulf Traffic Week, the Ministry has selected 30 "Perfect Drivers" who were honored for their exemplary driving skills and adherence to traffic rules.
Watania Takaful, selected by the Ministry of Interior as the Takaful (Islamic insurance) partner for the campaign, has provided free comprehensive or TPL annual Motor Takaful policies to the nominated safe drivers, along with several other benefits such as roadside assistance and car rental services in case of accidents or breakdowns.

Ahmed Al-Sam Al-Naqbi, Director of the Traffic and Patrols Department at Ras Al-Khaimah Police and Head of Traffic Awareness and Safety and member of the Federal Traffic Council, thanked and appreciated all the strategic partners, including Watania Takaful, which provided support and valuable contribution within the efforts to make this national event a success.
The Traffic and Transportation Digital Week took place from 6 to 12 March at the Global Village in Dubai and UAE residents were invited to participate in the various activities such as virtual exhibitions, and workshops on road safety.
